The Second Maltravers Cabinet was the government of the Serene Republic of Kodiak from 666 to 17 February 667. It was led by Chancellor Edmund Maltravers and Deputy Chancellor Felix Hurst of the National Unity Party.
It was installed following the 666 Kodiak General Election and succeeded the First Maltravers Cabinet. Maltravers was elected as Chancellor by the General Assembly on 18 January 666. This is the first occasion a party has won five elections in a row. His appointed cabinet was approved by the Kodiak General Assembly four days later.
Throughout October 666 a cabinet crisis emerged regarding differences in prosecuting the Kodiak Commune and the Investigation into the deaths of Commune protesters during the KNF rally in Luton. Heated exchanges resulted in the tabling of a resolution to investigate leadership in the DPPK and KWP for communist sympathies. Transportation Minister Fala was dismissed and Health and Education Minister Kovac resigned the cabinet when Chancellor Maltravers refused to have the bill withdrawn.
The breakdown of the coalition saw a tense political atmosphere which culminated in a motion of no confidence in the Chancellor. Maltravers resigned in protest of the motion, bringing the cabinet to an end on 17 February 667.
