The First Ward Cabinet was the government of the Serene Republic of Kodiak from 22 January 657 until 21 January 660. It was led by Chancellor Magnus Ward of the National Unity Party. The cabinet was supported by a National Coalition of all Kodiaker parties - the National Unity Party (NUP), the Democratic Progress Party (DPPK), the Kodiak Workers' Party (KWP), and the Centrist Kodiak Alliance (CKA)

It was installed following the 657 Kodiak General Election and succeeded the Second Corey Cabinet. Ward was elected as Chancellor by the General Assembly on 18 January 657. His cabinet, as determined by the coalition agreement, was formally approved by the Kodiak General Assembly four days later.
