The Second Ward Cabinet was the government of the Serene Republic of Kodiak from 22 January 660 until 21 January 663. It was led by Chancellor Magnus Ward and Deputy Chancellor Flip Yorick of the National Unity Party.

It was installed following the 660 Kodiak General Election and succeeded the First Ward Cabinet. Ward was re-elected as Chancellor by the General Assembly on 18 January 660, the first Chancellor to be re-elected in the Seventh Republic. His cabinet, consisting entirely of NUP members, was formally approved by the Kodiak General Assembly three days later. Opposition leader Braughn Kryos served as President of the General Assembly and was not a member of the cabinet.
