The First Groves Cabinet was the government of the Serene Republic of Kodiak from 21 January 651 until 21 January 654. It was led by Chancellor Charlotte Groves and Deputy Chancellor Luik Oule of the Kodiak Workers' Party. The cabinet was supported by the Left Unity coalition of the Kodiak Workers' Party (NUP) and the Democratic Progress Party (DPPK).
