The First Edwards Cabinet was the government of the Serene Republic of Kodiak from 21 January 648 until 21 January 651. It was led by Chancellor John Edwards and Deputy Chancellor Hester Sirocco-Loren of the Kodiak Workers' Party.

It was installed following the 648 Kodiak General Election and succeeded the Third Luchens Cabinet. Edwards was elected as Chancellor by the General Assembly on 18 January 648. His cabinet, consisting mostly of KWP leaders, was formally approved by the Kodiak General Assembly three days later. Opposition Leader Simon Kalimeno lead the Justice Ministry as a gesture of good-will.
