Born and raised in Bethaven, Godsith, Kryos has a fruitful and simple childhood. Born to wealthy estate owners, Kryos was educated at several prestigious boarding schools and, graduating from secondary education in 638, attended the School of Law at Rykkburg University, earning a bachelors and masters degree in 644. Returning to Bethaven, Kryos began a local law practice in the town, acting simultaneously as the Bethaven Town Council's Judicial Advisor. In 647, Kryos was appointed Judge of Bethaven after his predecessor, Robert Kilton, was elected to be the General Assembly's representative for Bethaven.

As Judge of Bethaven, Kryos established precedents during three land dispute cases, eight contract dispute cases, and a murder trial. Although young, Kryos's precedents have been largely praised by peers. In 648, Kryos inherited Kryos House, a large estate in Bethaven and the ancestral home of the Kryos family, as well as a large sum of money. Donating a large sum to local and national charities, Kryos converted a portion of his home into a orphanage, the first to open in Bethaven. He also provides grounds to local farmers to graze small herds of livestock on. The estate itself is largely a farm, run by Kryos and his land manager.

Following the death of Robert Kilton in 650, Kryos was nominated as the provisional representative from Bethaven until the by-election in 651. Running on the Kodiak Workers' Party ticket, Kryos faced staunch opposition from the local National Unity Party candidate. Despite this, Kryos was elected the General Assembly Member for Bethaven, earning 64% of the vote.

As a member of the General Assembly, Kryos has been present for the vote of several pieces of legislation and has come out in favor of the KWP's economic goals. He strongly supports the end of the economic mismanagement of previous governments, having stated so on both social media and in the Assembly. He has voiced support for the curbing of unnecessary government spending and has called his fellow members to action against overspending.
