In order to establish a fair and beneficial workplace for all citizens of Kodiak, the General Assembly of the Republic of Kodiak hereby enacts the Reasonable Wage Act which shall Amend the Labour Act (Inter).
==Article One==
:1.1 Establishes the universal minimum wage at 40 florins (4 USD) per hour for hourly employment.
 
== Article 1 - The Work Week ==
:1.2 Establishes the universal minimum wage at 80,000 florins (8,000 USD) per year for salaried employment.
 
::1.1.1 For the purposes of this bill, full-time employment is considered to be any employee who works at least 36 hours during the standard work week.
:1.3 Establishes the universal sick pay for full-time employees at one-third of their current salary.
 
::1.3.1.2 For the purposes of sickthis paybill, fullpart-time employeesemployment areis thoseconsidered to be any employee who workworks no more than four-fifths21 ofhours during the maximumstandard workweekwork hoursweek.
 
:1.12 Employees who work overtime will receive 10150% morecompensation florinsfor perhours hourworked forovertime in hourly employment.
==Article Two==

:1.1 Employees who work overtime will receive 10 more florins per hour for hourly employment.
::1.2.1 Overtime is defined as working more than 30 minutes over the maximum workweek hours for their employment type or for more than 12 hours in a 2436-hour period for full-time employees.

:1.3 Employees who work extraordinary hours will receive 150% compensation for extraordinary hours worked.
:
::1.3.1 Extraordinary hours are defined as hours worked between 2200 hours and 0600 hours.

:14.1 Establishes the universal minimum wage at 40 florins (4 USD) per hour for hourly employment.
 
:14.2 Establishes the universal minimum wage at 80,000 florins (8,000 USD) per year for salaried employment.
 
:14.3 Establishes the universal sick pay for full-time employees, atequal one-third ofto their currentestablished salary. for the given number of hours worked.
