ACTION on ## MONTH #### with ## Aye, ## Nay, and ## Abstain.
In order to establish a fair and beneficial workplace for all citizens of Kodiak, the General Assembly of the Republic of Kodiak hereby enacts the Reasonable Wage Act.
Article One
- 1.1 Establishes the universal minimum wage at 40 florins (4 USD) per hour for hourly employment.
- 1.2 Establishes the universal minimum wage at 80,000 florins (8,000 USD) per year for salaried employment.
- 1.3 Establishes the universal sick pay for full-time employees at one-third of their current salary.
