Article 1 - Robotics and AI Research Department

1.1 - Under Article 1 of the Technology and Innovative Grants Act (634) add section 1.4, creating a Robotics and AI Research Department.

1.1.1 - Add a subsection to 1.4, Adding that the new department is required to send research reports to agency leadership for review.

1.2 - Funding of the Technology and Innovative Grants Act (634) increases from 100 million florins per quarter to 200 million Florins per quarter
