An Act to create a research program under the Technology and Innovative Grants Act

Summary

- The Act increases the funding for the KISRA to help fund a new program under the agency for robotics and AI technology research which will focus on researching AI integration in to Education and Healthcare with later research on other integrations.

Article 1 - Amendments to Technology and Innovation Grants Act (635)

1.1 - Creates the Kodiak Innovation and Scientific Research Agency [KISRA].
1.2 - Authorises the KISRA Bureau of Private Innovation to review and identify projects which may, by its own standards, prove promising for the advancement of science and technology currently under development by private or non-governmental enterprise.
1.3 - Under the agency's umbrella, the Robotics and AI Technology Research Program will be established.
1.3.1 - The Program will take on research projects from the agency regarding Robotics and AI technology.
1.4 - The research will focus on Education and Healthcare for the years of 666 to 669 and will expand to include Factory Automation and the Energy industry.
1.4.1 - Education Research will focus on AI Automated grading systems and AI tutoring systems with goals to have improvements in Teacher Efficiency, Student assessment and Personalized learning.
1.4.2 - Healthcare research will focus on AI integration for Medical diagnosis, patient monitoring, and drug discovery with the goal to show improvements on Hospital efficiency and allow medical associates to have better assistance with AI help.
1.5 - Both research projects will be headed by medical and education experts from around Kodiak and foreign partners who are contracted to the program.
1.6 - Allocates for this purpose a ₣250,000,000 per quarter.
