:3.4 – The Air Force budget is adjusted to ₣7.6 billion per year, or ₣1.9 billion per quarter.

:3.5 – The Coast Guard budget is adjusted to ₣4.375 billion per year, or ₣1.09375 billion per quarter.

:3.6 – The Military Research Institute budget is adjusted to ₣1.75 billion per year, or ₣437.5 million per quarter.

:3.7 - in the time of a crisis and extra ₣500 million one time expenditure shall be granted for the purposes of training additional men and other necessities thereof.
