An Act creating the Kodiak Trade Unions Association and provides trade union subsidies.

Article 1 - Kodiak Trade Unions Association (KTUA)

1.1 - An organization is established as the Kodiak Trade Unions Association (KTUA).
1.1.1 - The Kodiak Trade Unions Association represents trade unions of all trade industries.
1.1.2 - two members from each Trade Unions will represent their union in the association.
1.2 - The Organization will have the following abilities:
1.2.1 - Negotiates collective bargaining agreements or enforces previous established agreements with employers
1.2.2 - Provides assistance in securing better working conditions.
1.2.3 - Provides assistance in securing better pay for employees.
1.2.4 - Provides assistance in securing better medical and dental insurance.
1.2.5 - Provides assistance in securing better retirement benefits.
1.3 - The Association will handle the trade union subsidies and distribute the funds to all represented trade unions.
1.3.1 - The Association is required to use the funds only to provide financial assistance for the trade unions and their employees.

Article 2 - Trade Union Subsidies

1.1 - The Ministry of Commerce shall issue government subsidies to the Kodiak Trade Unions Association to be distributed to all industries' unions.
1.2 - The total subsidies will be allocated in total of 55,000,000 million Florins a quarter for a yearly total of 220,000,000 million florins.
