An Act providing trade union subsidies to the Kodiak Federation of Trade Unions.

Article 1 - Kodiak Federation of Trade Unions (KFTU)

1.1 - The Kodiak Federation of Trade Unions is formally recognized by the Kodiak General Assembly.
1.1.1 - The Kodiak Federation of Trade Unions represents trade unions of all trade industries.
1.2 - The Federation has the following abilities:
1.2.1 - Negotiates collective bargaining agreements or enforces previous established agreements with employers.
1.2.2 - Provides assistance in securing better working conditions.
1.2.3 - Provides assistance in securing better pay for employees.
1.2.4 - Provides assistance in securing better medical and dental insurance.
1.2.5 - Provides assistance in securing better retirement benefits.
1.3 - The Federation will handle the trade union subsidies and distribute the funds to all represented trade unions.
1.3.1 - The Federation is required to use the funds only to provide financial assistance for the trade unions and their employees.

Article 2 - Trade Union Subsidies

2.1 - The Ministry of Industry shall issue government subsidies to the Kodiak Federation of Trade Unions to be distributed to all industries' unions.
2.2 - The total subsidies will be allocated in total of 55,000,000 million Florins a quarter for a yearly total of 220,000,000 million florins.
