:12.1 - The Ministry of CommerceIndustry shall issue government subsidies to the Kodiak Federation of Trade Unions Association to be distributed to all industries' unions.
:12.2 - The total subsidies will be allocated in total of 55,000,000 million Florins a quarter for a yearly total of 220,000,000 million florins.
