==Article 1 - Kodiak Trade Unions Association (KTUA)==
:1.==Article 1 - AnKodiak organizationFederation is established as the Kodiakof Trade Unions Association (KTUAKFTU).==
::1.1.1 - The Kodiak Federation of Trade Unions Associationis representsformally traderecognized unionsby ofthe allKodiak tradeGeneral industriesAssembly.
::1.1.21 - twoThe membersKodiak fromFederation eachof Trade Unions willrepresents representtrade theirunions unionof inall thetrade associationindustries.
:1.2 - The AssociationFederation will havehas the following abilities:
::1.2.1 - Negotiates collective bargaining agreements or enforces previous established agreements with employers.
::1.2.2 - Provides assistance in securing better working conditions.
::1.2.4 - Provides assistance in securing better medical and dental insurance.
::1.2.5 - Provides assistance in securing better retirement benefits.
:1.3 - The AssociationFederation will handle the trade union subsidies and distribute the funds to all represented trade unions.
::1.3.1 - The AssociationFederation is required to use the funds only to provide financial assistance for the trade unions and their employees.
==Article 2 - Trade Union Subsidies==
:12.1 - The Ministry of CommerceIndustry shall issue government subsidies to the Kodiak Federation of Trade Unions Association to be distributed to all industries' unions.
:12.2 - The total subsidies will be allocated in total of 55,000,000 million Florins a quarter for a yearly total of 220,000,000 million florins.
