ACTION by the General Assembly on ## MONTH ###. ## AYE, ## NAY, ## ABSTAIN.

A Treaty of Friendship between the Serene Republic of Kodiak and the United Kingdom of Thegye. Additionally establishes the sale of relief grain to the United Kingdom of Theyge.

Preamble

CONSIDERING the will of the Serene Republic of Kodiak and the United Kingdom of Thegye to formalize and expand their relationship, RECOGNIZING the mutual benefit of such a relationship between the nations, UNDERSTANDING the need for solidarity among nations of all shapes, sizes, ideologies, religions, and cultures in times of distress, HEREBY introduces a formal treaty to enshrine the friendship of these two nations in this treaty.

Article One - Recognition and Peace

1.1 The Serene Republic of Kodiak will recognize and respect the legitimate, sovereign government of the United Kingdom of Thegye, duly ordained by the Diarchs of the United Kingdom of Thegye and elected by the citizens of those Diarchs.

1.2 The United Kingdom of Thegye will recognize and respect the legitimate, soveriegn government of the Serene Republic of Thegye, duly ordained by the Constitution of the Serene Republic and elected by the citizens of the Republic.

Article Two - Trade Cooperation

2.1 The Serene Republic of Kodiak and the United Kingdom of Thegye shall open their ports to mutual trade, ensuring that no merchant of either nation is unduly delayed or discriminated against.

2.2 The Serene Republic of Kodiak and the United Kingdom of Thegye shall cooperate on the arrangement of trade routes, locations, and methods of entry.

Article Three - Sale of Grain

3.1 The Serene Republic of Kodiak shall transfer an amount of grain equal to two million tons in exchange for the sum of 2,584,800,000 KF or 29,054,122 Thegyan Thaler. This sale shall be finalized on the date of ratification of this treaty. The transfer of this grain shall immediately begin following the ratification of this treaty.

Article Four - Ratification and Approval

4.1 This treaty shall not be considered ratified until the General Assembly of the Serene Republic of Kodiak and the Grand Senate of the United Kingdom of Thegye have approved of the treaty, according to their respective processes.

4.2 This treaty shall not be considered approved until the signatures of the Chancellor of the Senene Republic of Kodiak, or thier representative, and the Premier of the United Kingdom of Thegye, or their representative, are affixed to this document.
