The Presidents Act, 659

A act to establish a line of succession for the office of President of the General Assembly.
REJECTED by the General Assembly on 3 November 661 - 8 Aye, 11 Nay, 2 Abstain.

Article 1

1.1 - Upon the election of the President of the Assembly, it becomes the duty of the newly elected president to appoint a Clerk of the Assembly.
1.2 - The appointee must be presented to Assembly within 1 week of the election (real life time) for voting.

Article 2

2.1 - The Clerk of the assembly will have no responsibilities beside filling the role of successor upon the death, resignation or the president no longer being able to fulfil their duties.
2.2 - An individual cannot serve as Clerk of the Assembly and also hold a role in the executive or judiciary.
