1.1. Article 3 shall be amended thus:
 
3.1 - The Ministry of Defense authorization for Defense Spending is increasedset toat ₣30.2₣45 billion per year, withequating ₣7to ₣11.5525 billion allocated per quarter.
3.42 – The Air ForceArmy budget is adjusted to ₣2₣3.289 billion per year, or ₣975 million per quarter.▼
 
3.23 – The ArmyNavy budget is adjusted to ₣2.92531 billion per year, or ₣577.5 million per quarter.
3.54 – The CoastAir GuardForce budget is adjusted to ₣262₣3.504 billion per year, or ₣760 million per quarter.▼
 
3.35 – The NavyCoast Guard budget is adjusted to ₣1₣350 million per year, or ₣87.73255 billionmillion per quarter.
3.6 – The Military Research Institute budget is establishedcreated at ₣450₣600 million per year, or ₣150 million per quarter.▼
 
▲3.4 – The Air Force budget is adjusted to ₣2.28 billion per quarter.
 
▲3.5 – The Coast Guard budget is adjusted to ₣262.5 million per quarter.
 
▲3.6 – The Military Research Institute budget is established at ₣450 million per quarter.
 
3.7 - in the time of a crisis and extra ₣500 million one time expenditure shall be granted.
