Klaus Mikaelson — 11/27/2022 8:53 AM Does the use of the term "forum" mean the more general "gathering place" or the NS specific "offsite forum"? Aaron Tonnesen - New Asden — 11/27/2022 9:01 AM From our past melon craze, I think it just means a melon channel. I may be wrong though. Tobias Virstürm (DPPK) — 11/27/2022 1:50 PM That is correct, it was its own channel at one point but has since disappeared Figured it might be fun to get the title out there for some enjoyment Since I also can create the “coin” with photoshop we can make it a reaction Aaron Tonnesen - New Asden — 11/27/2022 1:51 PM Very cool and fun idea! I fully support the resolution. W. Magnus Ward — 11/27/2022 5:19 PM I make the same comments as I did before - the legislature of Kodiak cannot control the melon magiks. The portal to melon opens and closes at the whim of the melons, not the demands of a council of mortals Charlotte Groves (Juliette) — 11/27/2022 5:46 PM From a cultural standpoint, as strange as it is, maybe a public holiday to appreciate this odd Kodiak history is in order. Even if the uhm, magiks of the melons stays dormant until such a time as they ... return. If nothing else, it could also be a celebration of those that toil on our land (farmers). W. Magnus Ward — 12/02/2022 4:50 AM Personally, it would be my preference that we create an honours bill more generally that would allow the GA to bestow honours on specific individuals that we can update as we find more reasons to do so. While I like the idea behind this bill, I would personally prefer a more generalised and long-term act. Klaus Mikaelson — 12/02/2022 8:35 AM if it's up to the GA to give out honors, won't it just be a popularity contest? Reifyrm Visdvk [I] — 12/02/2022 2:58 PM While comical, I support this bill, yet agree with President Barber that an Honours Bill or something of said nature should be made. W. Magnus Ward — 12/06/2022 6:19 PM I like to believe that a democratic contest is,faults included, superior to a contest of one. I will have the bill hopefully ready today for your consideration W. Magnus Ward — 12/09/2022 6:09 PM still working on this, there have been some other tasks I've been trying to also work through Aaron Tonnesen - New Asden — 12/16/2022 9:44 PM Have you finished the bill? W. Magnus Ward — 12/16/2022 9:45 PM I got distracted by the RP crisis and a stack of foreign affairs requests. I will hopefully have it done in the coming days Aaron Tonnesen - New Asden — 12/16/2022 9:46 PM No rush. Just wondered if a vote was overdue. W. Magnus Ward — 12/16/2022 9:46 PM I have been putting off a forced vote because I see a formal and wider policy to be more desirable Since this is functionally an administrative bill, there isn't a "good enough" standard What I will do Is I will introduce a third independent bill for discussion today to avoid queue clog Aaron Tonnesen - New Asden — 12/16/2022 9:47 PM Sounds good. Tobias Virstürm (DPPK) — 12/28/2022 12:40 PM @W. Magnus Ward send me whatever you have on this already done. I agree, the premise of this could be wider and actually more fun to play around with rather than the narrow view it has now. Aaron Tonnesen - New Asden — 01/06/2023 2:03 PM Is this amended appropriately now? W. Magnus Ward — 01/06/2023 7:38 PM No, and I'll get to it when I can get to it lots of moving parts around atm Aaron Tonnesen - New Asden — 02/17/2023 7:33 PM Walks in Dusts off the legislation book Asks if this proposal is off of the table W. Magnus Ward — 02/17/2023 7:34 PM Stop I get it. I've been slow I can't undo having a kid Not without prison Aaron Tonnesen - New Asden — 02/17/2023 7:38 PM I would hope not… but just curious if the wonderful Aldermelon would bestow the melon glory unto kodiak any time soon W. Magnus Ward — 02/17/2023 7:39 PM My priority right now is the new dpbr
