Members of the GA,

Another bill from my time as Minister of Social Services, and I welcome feedback from the GA and of course the current Minister as well on the direction we want to take Disability support. I believe that this is a crucial aspect of how the Government can support physical disability and mental health in Kodiak.

I would also welcome feedback on the payment schedule presented, it was a different time when this bill was created and we should definitely examine it with today's landscape accounted for.
