Article 1 - Definitions

1.1 - Defines bicycle lane as a dedicated lane for bicycles. [1]
1.2 - Defines bicycle highway as a medium to long-distance bi-directional bicycle lane connecting municipalities. [2]
1.3 - Defines bicycle infrastructure as infrastructure dedicated bicycles.[3]

Article 2 - Bicycles)

2.1 - ESTABLISHES the National Bicycle Service (NBS) under the Ministry of Transportation.[4]
2.1.1 - The NBS shall oversee the management of all state programs regarding cycling.[5]
2.1.2 - The NBS will oversee the promotion and encouragement of cycling.[6]
2.1.3 - The Ministry of Transportation shall be allocated 50 million florins per quarter to fund the NBS's operations.[7]
2.2 - ESTABLISHES the Department of Cycling Infrastructure (DCI), subordinate to the NBS within the Ministry of Transportation.[8]
2.2.1 - The DCI shall oversee the construction and maintenance of state-owned bicycle infrastructure.[9]
2.3 - ALLOCATES 150 million florins per quarter to fund the DCI's operations. [10]
2.4 - ALLOCATES 500 million florins upon it's founding to fund initial costs.[11]
2.5 - REGULATES all bicycle lanes must be at least 1.5 km in length and 1 meter in width per direction of bicycle traffic, with the lane material consisting of orange-coloured pavement at least 250 mm thick.[12]
2.6 - REGULATES all bicycle lanes must be separated from car traffic by a median no less than 0.5 meters in length.[13]
