Article 1 - Regulatory Organizations

1.1 - ESTABLISHES the National Motor Vehicle Service (NMVS), subordinate to Ministry of Transportation

1.1.1 - Manages and maintains all state motor vehicles for the Public Service

1.2 - ESTABLISHES the Department of Bus Infrastructure (DBI), subordinate to Ministry of Transportation

1.2.1 - Oversees the construction and maintenance of all bus-dedicated infrastructure

Article 2 - Public Buses

2.1 - The NMVS provides for the subsidization of all public bus transport and municipal school buses

2.1.1 - ₣300 million/quarterly shall be dedicated to subsidies for bus transport, bus procurement, salary payment, and maintaining those route

2.1.2 - ₣100 million/quarterly shall be dedicated to subsidies for municipal school buses for procurement, salary payment, and maintaining those routes.

2.2 - The DBI develops bus-dedicated infrastructure to better integrate buses into the existing road network

2.2.1 - ₣40 million/quarterly shall be dedicated to the construction and maintenance of dedicated bus lanes.
