3.1: The sum of ₣1,200M₣400M be allocated annuallyquarterly for procurement of equipment of the Organized Reserve and to sustain personnel cost of the Organized and Ready Reserve.

3.2: The sum of ₣300M₣75M be allocated to the Ministry of Defense to construct appropriate administrative facilities for the Reserve Army.
