Investigation into the deaths of Commune protesters during KNF rally in Luton (666)

Event that resulted in civilian protesters' deaths by KNF members investigated by independent panel to establish if KNF members acted wrongly towards the protesters and murdered them without cause. If the KNF are at fault, the panel shall provide recommendations on holding them accountable and also provide recommendations to avoid such incidents from occurring again.

Article 1 - Establishment of Panel

1.1 – The panel shall consist of individual assessors from a range of backgrounds with experience in investigation, including but not limited to Military, psychology, etc. The panel shall be appointed without bias or influence of political affiliation.

Article 2 - Purpose of Investigation

2.1 - The panel will investigate the incident during the KNF rally to determine the murders of the civilian protesters was justified and whether these deaths could have been avoided.
2.2 - The panel will investigate if the civilian protesters were armed during the incident.
2.3 - The panel will investigate if Law and Order Minister, Maria Sanz-Cortes had instigated the KNF members to attack the civilian protesters and if she ever tried to de-escalate the incident before deaths occurred.
2.4 - After the investigation is complete, the panel will provide a yes or no answer on if the KNF members should be held accountable and will provide recommendations on how to avoide such incidents from occurring again.

Article 3 - Mobilization of CCE

3.1 – The panel will present their findings to the government once the investigation has concluded.
3.2 – The results of the investigation will be freely available to all MGA’s.
