Health and Education Expenditures Act, 654

In order to save the Republic from default, the following changes are being made in the laws concerning Ministry of Health and Education.

Article One - Reduction of Funding

1.1 - The financing of the State Education and Standards Act, 649, is reduced from 11,500 million Florins per quartile in Section 8.1 to 8,000 million Florins per quarter.

1.2 - The financing of the The Kodiak Industrial and Science Research Agency (KISRA) Act (Inter) is reduced from 977 million Florins per quartile in Section 1.3 to 450 million Florins per quarter.

1.3 - The Kodiak Opportunity Grants Act, 649 is repealed.
