Emergency Defense Spending Resolution, 645

the military buget bill (645) will be a step in the prosses to defend the country.

Article 1: Procurement

1.1 the government will allocate the funds in the amount 50 billon florins in the purchase of equipment tanks air craft esc.

1.2 the 50 billon will also be used in the hiring of certain capable Indvidual's intel the time of the arrival of sufficient troops in to service

1.3 equipment will be specificall purchased form the URA we would also lease such URA factory's to make equipment

1.4 we would also be holding a number of civilian factory's under government use to make such equipment such as bullets the factory's will be given back to the Kodiak public when the government either finds this unnecessary or the war is to end

Article 2: Foreign Legion

2.1 the buget would also encloud the creation of a foreign Volunteer Legion in which would be given the amount of ####### for use of support to the Kodiak armed forces this department will be in use intel the time the Kodiak government either deems it unnecessary or the war is to end
