Dynamic Wage Act

Dynamic Wage Act A Law written to raise the minimum wage dynamically over time for each county in the nation. Amends the Labor Act.
Article 1 - General Provisions
- 1.1 - The Assembly officially repealed parts of The Reasonable Wage Act, 653 and replaced it with the following bill.
- 1.2 - Part time Employees are defined as workers that work less than 32 hours in a week. 1 Week is defined as 7 days.
- 1.3 - Full Time Employees are classified as workers that work equal or more than 32 hours in a week.
- 1.4 - Overtime is classified as workers that work over 40 hours in a week and pay after 40 hours are met will equal regular pay multiplied by 50% per hour after.
- 1.5 - Overtime done in jobs classified in hazardous conditions will equal regular pay multiplied by 75% per hour after.
- 1.5.1 - Hazardous conditions are defined as working conditions wherein the employee is unduly subject to danger of life or limb.
- 1.6 - Employees working part-time roles will receive a pro-rata share of the rights and benefits provided to full-time workers.
- 1.7 - Any employee who works under any condition outlined in 4 and 5 will receive concurrent benefits of the conditions worked based on the base pay of the employee working in those conditions.
Article 2 - Dynamic Wage
- 2.1 - Replaces the Minimum Wage with the Universal Dynamic Wage.
- 2.2 - Establishes the Universal Dynamic Wage to be equal to the average apartment cost in a given county multiplied by 1.5 divided by 18 and divided by 8 for hourly employment.
- 2.3 - Establishes the Universal Dynamic Wage to be equal to the average apartment cost in a given county multiplied by 2.5 divided by 18 and divided by 8 for hourly employment.
- 2.4 - Work that requires hazardous conditions will have a minimum salary set at 330,000 Florins per year at base but will multiply by 1 plus average apartment rate hike in a given county.
- 2.5 - Apartment Rate Hike is defined as Average Apartment Cost in a County in previous Year Divided by Average Apartment Rate Cost in current year.
- 2.5.1 - If the rate is equal to less than 0 then the Apartment Rate Hike is 0.
- 2.6 - The Ministry of Commerce and Labor will be responsible for calculating the Universal Dynamic Wage in each county in the county once every year.
- 2.7 - Universal Sick pay for Full Time Employees for 2 weeks per year equal to their established salary for hours not worked on sick leave.
