IN THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY RP DATE Mr/Mrs. Kodiak of (Constineuntcy) introduced the following bill;
A BILL (Describe the main purpose of its passage.)
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of The Kodiak Republic by delegates assembled,
SEC. 1. SHORT TITLE.
- 1.1 - This Act may be cited as the “Insert X Act and/or Better X Act”.
SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS.
- 2.1 - This section is important for new organizations or specific terms. But not required if defitions already exist for all items of concern in the Kodiak Legal Code.
- 2.1.1 - If placing regulation on an item. It should include the definition of what the item is under the law. Such as size, impact, function, and or other means.
- 2.1.2 - Different items should be defined in separate subparagraghs
SEC. 3. FINDINGS.
- 3.1 - This paragraph is the opening arguement for this Resolution's existence.
- 3.1.1 - Subparagraphs break out various points of the arguement and elaborate on the situation being addressed
- 3.2 - A new paragraph is warranted when a different topic of concern is being elaborated on.
SEC. 4. AMENDMENTS.
- 4.1 - In situations where a previous Law Code is being changed. The Original text is cited first such as (Subparagh 4.1.1 of Title II, XXXXXXXXXX language)
with removed sections struck through- 4.1.1 - The Amended text is the subparagraph below to include added terms
- 4.2 - In situations where a previous legislation is the target of amendment. The proceedure is the same but the legislation is cited by name and the amended passage's laguage in place of the law code.
- 4.3 - This section is not required in bills to introduce only new elements not touching established code.
SEC. 5. BUDGETARY EFFECTS.
- 5.1 - In situations injecting/amending/removing budgetary language. A separate section is warrented for all money related matters
SEC. 6. CREATION OF TITLE X "Title Name".
- 6.1 - Situations injecting a new Title of the Law Code should be identified as a separate section.
- 6.2 - All language of the new Law Code should be proposed within.
SEC. 7. TRANSFER OF TITLE X, Subtitle n.
- 7.1 - Situations where a subtitle, or section, or paragraph are transfered to create a new Title of the Law Code shall be identified as a seperate section
- 7.2 - The cited text is displayed.
- 7.2.1 - The proposed destination of the text is displayed.
- 7.2.2 - The old text in the law code is
struck throughand labaled as (transfered) if the bills is passed.
