Advance Kodiak v. Karputska Regional Council, (638-640) was a landmark decision by the Kodiak High Court which ruled that existing conventions prohibiting organised political parties were unconstitutional. The Court's decision in AdKo-Karp paved the way for the creation and organisation of political parties and was a major victory for civil liberties.
