He is currently serving as the Minister of Transportation and Deputy Chancellor in the [[First Maltravers Cabinet]].
Simmons has served in various acting ministerial roles. The first of which was as Acting Chancellor during mid-663. Around this time, he also became Acting Minister of Defence, Foreign Affairs and Immigration.
ItIn wasDecember in this latter role that664, Simmons ordered the [[Kodiaker Army]] to reclaim [[Karputska]] from the People’s Vanguard in the Kodiak Civil War. This was a pivotal moment for the Government, as it disrupted rebel forces’ logistics.
