William Edward Simmons was born on the 19th of July 596 to Robert (578568-659) and Nicola (born 580570-661) Simmons. He grew up on his family's estate in Woolworth, [[Antillea]] alongside his brother, Scott. Simmons attended St Pauls's Lutheran Boarding School in [[Godsith]]. Simmons attended Rykkburgh University, receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Urban Planning. After University, he became a civil engineer.
