The Retirement Act (644)

An act to establish an age for retirement from employment and access to aged services.
AMENDED by the Social Services Expenditures Act, 654.
Article 1 - The Age of Retirement
- 1.1 - The resident of the Kodiak Republic shall be entitled to the rights of retirement upon reaching the age of Sixty-Eight (68).
Article 2 - Repeal of Existing Retirement Act
- 2.1 - The Retirement Act (Inter) is repealed by this Act.
