Retirement Act 644

An act to establish an age for retirement from employment and access to aged services.

AMENDED by the Social Services Expenditures Act, 654.

AMENDED by the Right to Pension, Unemployed Pay and Counseling Act (672).

Article 1 - The Age of Retirement

1.1 - The resident of the Kodiak Republic shall be entitled to the rights of retirement upon reaching the age of sixty five (65).

Article 2 - Repeal of Existing Retirement Act

2.1 - The Retirement Act (Inter) is repealed by this Act.
