An act to regulate nuclear power.
Enacted during the Great Interregnum
Article 1 - Nuclear Reactors
- 1.1 - By policy, nuclear reactors shall be maintained until the end of their operational life.
- 1.2 - If a reactor has reached the end of its operational lifespan, it shall be locally decommissioned.
- 1.3 - Nuclear reactors are prohibited from being constructed within the Kodiak Republic
