The Foreign Service Act, 652

An act to create and deploy a diplomatic service on behalf of the government of the Kodiak Republic.

Article 1 - The Foreign Service

1.1 - Creates the Department of the Kodiak Foreign Service within the Ministry of Defence and Immigration.

1.2 - Allocates for the administration of this service ₣90 million per quarter.

1.3 - Advises the Department of the Kodiak Foreign Service to protect and promote Kodiaker security, prosperity, and democratic values and shape an international environment in which all Kodiakers may thrive.

1.4 - Authorises the Chancellor and Minister of Defence and Immigration to empower Ambassadors and Diplomats to obtain office facilities for the advancement of Kodiaker interests and consular services in foreign nations of import as determined by the Minister.
