Article 1: New Taxes
1.1 - Creates a flat tax on all the profits generated in Kodiak by multinational corporations, regardless of where they are headquartered or based in.
1.1.1 - Sets the annual Diverted Profits Tax to 25%.
1.2 - Creates a flat payroll tax levied on employers in proportion to the salaries paid to employees.
1.2.1 - Sets the Payroll Tax to 15%.
1.3 - Creates a flat gambling tax on all revenue generated from gambling.
1.3.1 - Sets the Gambling Tax to 20%.
1.4 - Creates a flat tax on the value of all residential property.

1.5 - Creates a flat tax on all luxury goods sold.
