2 [9:58 AM] I have scheduled the voting to begin on June 3rd. This can be extended upon request.
Oskar Luchens (NUP) — 05/24/2022 A couple items: Squeezing this in during lunch so I might post more later.
1.1-Each year in TKR, more marine and amphibious animals are put on the endangered list, cancer and other pollution related illnesses are on the increase, beach and water related tourism is on a downward trend, and natural water reliable economy sectors are collapsing. This can all be traced back to water pollution, which has been increasing as more coastline, river, lakefront, canal side, and reservoir side property is being delegated to industry. This bill is aimed at the waterfront industry and what TKR community can do to prevent pollution in our region’s waterways.
This paragraph is more of a purpose statement/scope. Shouldn't be listed under Article 1 in my opinion. I think the paragraphs under each article should be specific provisions of the bill that are being brought into law or regulation. (edited)

Símôn Kalimeno [Myguystan] (NUP) — 05/24/2022 I see. I will change this up soon.
Oskar Luchens (NUP) — 05/24/2022 1.2-It shall be the duty of the local, provincial, national, or even TKR’s government to implement.
Too open ended. Needs a bit more definitive meaning. Recommend that instead its broken out into the different levels of government and what each level is responsible for.

Oskar Luchens (NUP) — 05/24/2022 Article 3-Regulations and Fines on non-compliant Factories, Companies, or Persons
I assume these are supposed to all be tied to the Article title and not a separate line under the Article title.

John Edwards [KWP] — 05/24/2022 Small things but now that you have outlined which govts do what in 1.1, 1.2 & 1.3, the following points in 2.4 & 2.5 ned to be reworded to specify the govt (national, if I read it right). Great work though, It's looking good.

Símôn Kalimeno [Myguystan] (NUP) — 05/24/2022 Alright, I guess from now on further iterations will be on the wiki.
Patrick Barber — 05/24/2022 that way the original link at the top always reflects the current version, and iterations are tracked in the "history" tab
John Edwards [KWP] — 05/24/2022 2.5, If an industrial building generates 5.5b florins or more, then the relocation cost to the govt can be reduced from 100% to 70%. Have I interpreted that correctly?

Símôn Kalimeno [Myguystan] (NUP) — 05/24/2022 Yes, if the building generates 5.5b florins or more, than the government can choose to let the company or building owners pay for up to 30% of the relocation costs. I hope that made that clearer. [11:59 PM] @Patrick Barber By just looking up the wiki on google, and navigating through the page it takes me too, I cannot find the recently proposed laws. May 25, 2022
Símôn Kalimeno [Myguystan] (NUP) — 05/25/2022 Where would I find it navigating from the wiki homepage?
John Edwards [KWP] — 05/25/2022 Under proposed laws tab
Patrick Barber — 05/25/2022 the link directly to your proposal is right at the top of this thread

Patrick Barber — 05/26/2022 @Símôn Kalimeno [Myguystan] (NUP), @Tobias Virstürm (Vikstein) - I have edited the original to better fit with the formatting of all the other legislation. Please take a look to ensure I didn't miss anything or many any functional changes, Thanks.

Símôn Kalimeno [Myguystan] (NUP) — 05/26/2022 Yes, I can confirm only structural changes have been made, and nothing affecting the legislation itself. Thank you Patrick. May 28, 2022
imrudrajaiswal — 05/28/2022 Nothing should be allowed to put in the water [10:05 AM] Rivers [10:05 AM] Oceans, lakes, etc May 29, 2022
imrudrajaiswal — 05/29/2022 Scientists must invent machines which can recycle small things also [1:37 AM] Citizens must told that only big particles must be there [1:37 AM] No small particles [1:39 AM] For example Chips
It must not be cut from side
It must be from up
It must be cut that way that big particles are there from between June 3, 2022
Patrick Barber — 06/03/2022 I would like to note that presently, the bill provides no funding for a mechanism to monitor these pollution regulations. I would suggest to the honourable member that a modest sum of 8 million florins should be set aside specifically for this purpose. Perhaps to say 1.4 - The Ministry of Commerce and Labour shall set aside a quarterly budget of ₣8 million for this purpose.
OOC: I also note within 1.1 and 1.3, it mentions 'the nations' however, within this government, we always consider actions of the government to be of one nation. (edited)

Símôn Kalimeno [Myguystan] (NUP) — 06/03/2022 I see. Also I might be on a little bit this weekend since I didn't realize I had internet access where I am. I believe that the quarterly budget should be at least 12,000,000 florins, as that is the cost of tearing down and rebuilding 1 average factory.

Patrick Barber — 06/05/2022 I think with the changes the honourable member has made, I am willing to support this proposal as it stands. June 6, 2022
John Edwards [KWP] — 06/06/2022 Likewise.
Tobias Virstürm (Vikstein) — 06/06/2022 Due to technical issues I can’t form a poll on this just yet. Please continue discussion until this is addressed
