In order to save the Republic from default, the following changes are being made in the laws concerning the Ministry of Social Services.

Article One - Reduction of Funding
- 1.1 - Changes the retirement age from 65 to 68 years in Article 1.1 of The Retirement Act (644)
- 1.2 Changes the financing of article 3.3 in the Kodiak Social Security Act, 644 are from 50 million florins to 25 million florins per quarter.
