Reconstruction Incentive Scheme (666)
The reconstruction efforts in Graz, & Sjokalade will require vast manpower and resources (again). This bill aims to offer pay incentives for construction workers to assist in reconstruction efforts.
Article 1 – Eligibility Criteria
1.1 – All of the following criteria must be met for the worker to be eligible.
1.1.1 – The worker must be currently employed in reconstruction efforts.
1.2 – “Reconstruction efforts” is defined as work designed to repair/replace infrastructure damaged through armed conflict.
Article 2 – Incentive
2.1 – Eligible citizens engaging in construction work directly related to reconstruction efforts will receive a bonus payment of 1000 florins per quarter for each quarter engaged in reconstruction work.
2.2 – This payment is to be received by their employer and included in the workers pay at the end of each quarter.
Article 3 – Eligible projects
3.1 – Darrent reconstruction projects.
3.2 – Graz reconstruction projects.
3.3 – Sjokalade reconstruction projects.
3.4 – Any post conflict reconstruction project in the nation designed to repair damaged infrastructure.
Article 4 - Type of work
4.1 - Eligible workers may be from any profession that is deemed required to aid the reconstruction effort.
Article 5 - Scheme management
5.1 - The Scheme will be managed by the department of Commerce and Labour. Workers who believe their employer has withheld their payment may lodge a complaint with the department for investigation.
5.2 - Employers found in breach of payment guidelines will be fined ƒ50,000 per worker.
Article 6 – Cessation
6.1 – Eligible workers will cease receiving the payment once they no longer fulfil the eligibility criteria
Article 7 – Funding
7.1 - The Reconstruction Incentive Scheme is to be funded at ƒ1,000,000 Florins per quarter.
