Section 1 - The Rail System

1.1 - DESCRIPTION. — The National Rail System consists of the Commercial, Public, and dual use routes and connections to transportation facilities that shall—
1.1.1 - serve major population centers, international border crossings, ports, airports, public transportation facilities, and other intermodal transportation facilities and other major travel destinations;
1.1.2 - meet national defense requirements;
1.1.3 - serve interstate and interregional travel and commerce.
1.2 - COMPONENTS. — The National Rail System described in Article (1) consists of the following;
1.2.1 - Railroad 10, Taiping to Crystal City[1]
1.2.2 - Railroad 20, Crystal City to Robingrad[2]
1.2.3 - Railroad 30, Railroad 10 to Gratz[3]
1.2.4 - Railroad 40, Railroad 20 to Mengtian[4]
1.2.5 - Railroad 50, Rosalice to San Chico[5]
1.2.6 - Railroad 60, Duckburg to San Chico[6]
1.2.7 - Railroad 70, Astroburg to Railroad 10[7]
1.2.8 - Railroad 80, Gratz to Taiping[8]
1.2.9 - Railroad 90, Railroad 10 to Rykkburg[9]
1.2.10 - All National Rail projects and planned projects prior to the Submission of Map-649 by Minister Aaron Tonnesen[10]


Section 2 - Safety Regulations

2.1 - All railway crossings must meet exceptional requirements. Safety regulations administered by the Department of Transportation must be conducted through the National Rail Service (NRS)[11]
2.1.1 - Bullet trains are to be conducted at a maximum of 260 kp/h [160 mp/h][12]
2.1.2 - Railroad crossings are required to pass yearly inspections, defined and regulated by the NRS.[13]
2.1.3 - All railway maintenance must be performed annually under the NRS[14]
