An act to establish a national military cemetery to honour the fallen soldiers of the Republic.

Definitions

Kodiak Armed Forces - Kodiak Army, Kodiak Navy, Kodiak Air Force, Kodiak Coast Guard, Kodiak National Front

Member of the Armed Forces - An individual who has served in the Kodiak Armed Forces, either in combat or in the reserves, as a soldier, sailor or pilot.

Article 1

1.1 Empowers the National Cemetery Administration

Article 2 – The National Cemetery

2.1 - Authorises the marking of five hundred thousand grave sites, over 20 acres of land.
2.2 - Defines a grave as a 6 feet deep, 2.5 feet across and 8 feet long.

Article 3 - Criteria for Internment in the National Cemetery

3.1 - Eligibility for Internment
3.1.1 - Current serving members of the Kodiak Armed Forces
3.1.2 - Former members of the Kodiak Armed Forces
3.2 - Prohibition from Internment
3.2.1 - Those who have committed felonies as listed in the The Kodiak Felony Act, 637
3.2.2 - Those who have been found to have committed crimes in war against international conventions.
3.2.3 - If an individual interned in the National Cemetery is later found to have committed the above, the National Cemetery Administration reserves the power to exhume the corpse and rebury in a cemetery of the deceased family's choosing.
