An act to establish a national military cemetery to honour the fallen soldiers of the Republic.

Definitions

Kodiak Armed Forces - Kodiak Army, Kodiak Navy, Kodiak Air Force, Kodiak Coast Guard, Kodiak National Front

Member of the Armed Forces - An individual who has served in the Armed Forces of Kodiak, either in combat or in the reserves, as a soldier, sailor or pilot or support roles such as engineers or medics.

Article 1

1.1 Empowers the National Cemetery Administration to

2.1 - Authorises the marking of five hundred thousand grave sites, over 20 acres of land.
2.2 - Sets a 'grave' as a 1800mm x 750mm x 2500mm.
