An amendment to the Controlled Substances Act (Inter) to categorize narcotics into a separate class.
Article 1 - Minor Narcotics
- 1.1 - Legalization of the sale, manufacture, and consumption of class E narcotics to people 18 and above.
- 1.2 - The following will be labeled as class E narcotics.
- 1.2.1 - Marijuana
- 1.2.2 - Nicotine
