Legal charges against Patrick Barber

The following document contains the charges pressed against Commune member Patrick Barber and the acts committed for such charges.
The Ministry of Justice, Law and Order, representing the Government of the Most Serene Republic of Kodiak, presents the following charges against Patrick Barber:
- TREASON, on the grounds of: joining and leading the forces of the Commune against the Republic.
- CONSPIRACY, on the grounds of: actively participating in an armed conflict to overthrow the government and establish Commune rule.
- MURDER, on the grounds of: the thousands dead due to the armed combat and insurrection since the start of the Civil War in the revolt of Sjokolade.
- ATTEMPTED MURDER, on the grounds of: the tens of thousands whose lives have been threatened by the armed conflict, and who've been forever scarred by it.
