3. Kodiak is a large and very active region and I feel that opening embassies between our regions would provide us with an opportunity to become good friends. The NWE itself is undergoing restructuring, we are moving away from our old senate format to a new bicameral legislature based on the british houses of parliament. Due to the inactivity that preceded this change, we lost a few friends and are looking to make some new ones.
