This is, counter-intuitively, actually good news. Any programs created to deal with any particular crisis is nearly guaranteed to aide in resolving a number of related problems. My recommendation is to increase community and general policing, increase intelligence funding, tax behaviours you want to minimise, and subsidies behaviours you want to encourage. Anything that addresses the rampant poverty of our nation will decrease most of these issues, but I recommend a balance between immediate solutions and long-term solutions; without improved education, jobs, and homes, whatever money we parachute into the pockets of citizens will be at best only temporary fixes.''▼
