The constituency was created in 528 as an influx of merchants migrated to what was a small Paganist village, now known as [[Gonspark]] ward. Following the rapid industrialization of [[Astroburg]] in 610, mayor [[Marco McSantine]] drafted a plan to build a new ward up north of the constituency called [[Petrotown]] where a plan to make a more modern ward was executed.
