IDENTIFYING the present lack of government accountability;

RECOGNISING the exponential loss of public funds via corruption;

HEREBY alters Title 1 of the Kodiak Law Code to:

  • Enact The Policing Act, 645
  • Enact The Centralized Justice Act, 645

To refine judicial process through the creation of a State Crimes category. Enacted ## MONTH 2022.

1.1 - Establishes the central bureau of the National Kodiak Police (NKP) in the capital of Rykkburgh.
1.2 - Further central branches of the NKP shall be located within the Provincial Capitals.
1.3 - The NKP shall be quarterly funded with ₣1,000,000,000.
