The constituency of Vikstein covers a sizeable portion of southeastern Darrent. It is home to many formerly noble houses and large landowners.
Vikstein, one of the largest cities in the region, has grown significantly. Most of its constituents are in the upper 20% of the entirety of Kodiak.
== Creation ==
The city of Vikstein was created during the integration of the Bromannikha Kingdom. It was home to Vikstein Castle, which is located at upon the hillside overlooking the water and grassy fields.
Formed as a defensible location north of Rosalice to prevent northern incursions and to protect the routes into the city. It’s designation to be a constituency of The Darrent has caused some controversy due to its history as a fortification of Rosalice.

The local government of Vikstein is a unique one, but only by naming convention. It is ruled by an elected council of nobles, who are actually just normal citizens, that run the city. They elect a Council Duke, effectively a mayor, to oversee the city.
It is said that the council harkens back to the feudal founding of the city to great [[Dukes of Vikstein]] who would rule at the castle.
