Malia Mackenzie Marshall of MMM is the current Council President of the City of Surfside Harbor, Anitomeia. She is a former [[The National Unity Party|National Unity Party]] member who changed parties to independent due to some disagreements on its authoritarian wing. She became a member of the new political party [[Strategic Homeland Reform & Innovation Movement Party]] (SHRIMP) to promote more libritarian ideals with liberal values within her community and in Kodiak.

Malia was born in San Chico on December 5th 632 to parents Weldon Marshall and Fiona Hartford. When she was five, here parents moved to her current home in Surfside Harbor which is a city known for its laid back life style.
