1.1 this act shall create the ministry of foreign affairs
1.2 the ministry of foreign affairs will be quarterly funded with 300 million florins
Article 2- duties of the minister of foreign affairs
2.1 the ministry of foreign affairs will become chief diplomat for the nation second only to the Chancellor
2.2 the duties of the minister will be but not limited to negotiating trade deals between Kodiak and other nations, overseeing embassies in different nations, being ambassador to foreign leaders and secretaries of state, helping to dictate foreign policy, informing the chancellor on foreign policy, overseeing diplomats, and being kodiaks representative at diplomatic events/missions
Article 3- domain of the Ministry of foreign affairs
3.1 all diplomats officially are under the ministry of foreign affairs reporting to either the minister of foreign affairs or the chancellor
3.2 the ministry of foreign affairs will oversee embassies and their upkeep
