In recognition of the decline in Kodiaks foreign relations this act resolves to improve our international standing and relations with other countries
Article 1- the Ministry of foreign affairs
1.1 this act shall create the ministry of foreign affairs
1.2 the ministry of foreign affairs will be quarterly funded with 300 million florins
Article 2- duties of the minister of foreign affairs
2.1 the ministry of foreign affairs will become chief diplomat for the nation second only to the Chancellor
